1. ARRIVALS: the registration of every single person is compulsory for entrance and stay at the campsite. The guest is required to deposit an identity document upon arrival, check the accuracy of registrations and point out any discrepancies or changes. Guests will be given a personal pass to be displayed at the request of those in charge of security and a car pass to be displayed on the windshield. Guests who intend to stay intermittently must read the regulations of their competence, subject to Management's authorization. Entrance to the campsite is subject to Management’s approval and is allowed only to Bella Italia campsite guests wearing a bracelet.
2. DEPARTURE: settlement of the bill of stay for guests staying in Bella Italia accommodations or pitches must be made:
- by booking: the day before departure;
- without booking: upon arrival;
- by booking without payment of the deposit: upon arrival.
Guests are required to observe and take note of the reception hours. Payment receipt must be shown to the security staff on the way out.
3. OPENING HOURS: Information and Reception Office from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm. Guests must respect the hours of silence from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm and from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am. The security barriers will be closed from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am, therefore it is not possible to enter nor leave the campsite with one's own vehicle at these hours, which must be left in the entrance parking lot.
4. PITCHES: A deposit must be paid for booking, which will then be deducted from the final balance. Upon receipt of the same, a voucher will be sent which must be tendered upon arrival at the campsite. Management reserves the right to assign pitches. All days booked must be paid in full. The pitch is available to guests from 1:00 pm on the day of arrival to 1:00 pm on the day of departure. Delays beyond this hour will result in an extra night being charged. In the event of cancellation, the deposit will be withheld (Article 7 of the International Hotel Regulations). Pitches may be occupied by a maximum of 6 people regardless of age. Tourist taxes are not included.
5. VISITS: Visits are allowed only until 8:00 pm and only after receiving authorization from Management. However, at the peak of the season, they may be regulated by prior booking with respect to the day of arrival. The visit, if allowed, is free for one hour, after which it is subject to payment of the daytime rate adults and / or children depending on age. Visitors must, however, leave the campsite by 8:00 pm on the day of the visit. Management has the right to deny entry to visitors.
Cars and motorcycles must be left, in any case, outside the campsite.
6. Pets and motorcycles are not allowed.
7. MINORS: Minors are allowed only if accompanied by parents or relatives who are of age. Children must be accompanied when using the various facilities and toilets. Parents are directly responsible for their children.
