1. Is it possible to give a preference at the time of booking?
You can inform us of your preference. We cannot guarantee it but we will do our best to meet your request.
2. Is it possible to know the number of the accommodations/pitches booked?
The number and locations of the accommodations/pitches booked will be communicated upon arrival.
3. When does the balance of the stay have to be paid?
The balance of the stay is to be paid on site one day before departure.
4. What happens in the event of cancellation?
In the event of cancellation less than 30 days before arrival, the entire deposit will be withheld.
5. Is it possible to arrive one day later than the booked date or leave earlier than the booked departure date?
In the event of early departure or late arrival, the booked period must be paid in full.
6. At what time is it possible to have the keys to the accommodation on the day of arrival?
The keys are released at 5:00 pm (3:00pm for Girasole Suite and Dalia mobilehomes). However, it is possible to arrive earlier, check in and use all the campsite services by leaving your bags in the luggage room.
7. Is it possible to arrive at night?
The keys of the housing unit will be handed over by the guards in the event of night arrivals. After 11:00 pm, the car must be left in the parking lot at the entrance.
8. Is final cleaning included in the price?
Final cleaning is not included in the price. You can clean the housing unit yourself or pay €30 (included for Bungalow Oleandro, apartments Glicine and Ibisco, mobilehomes Girasole Suite, iris and Dalia).
We will require all the guests to leave the kitchen tidy and empty the bins in the recycling center.
The payment of the final cleaning is compulsory for departures outside reception opening hours (10:00 pm-8:00 am).
9. Are sheets and towels included in the price? Is it possible to bring sheets and towels from home?
Sheets and towels are not included in the price. You can bring them from home or rent them at the front desk upon check-in. The prices are as follows:- €8 single set/change
- €11 double set/change
- €4 towels set/change
- €10 beach towels set
*Bungalow Oleandro, apartments Glicine and Ibisco and mobilehomes Girasole Suite, Iris and Dalia have linen and towels included in the price
10. How many cars are allowed per housing unit?
Only one car is allowed per housing unit. The second one may be parked for free at the entrance, in the parking lot next to the reception.
11. Is it possible to use the WI-FI on the premises?
It is possible to use Wi-Fi in some areas of the campsite.
12. Is it possible to rent bikes on the premises?
Bikes can be rented right on the premises at the bike store.
13. When do the swimming pools open/close?
The pools open approximately at Easter and close in mid-September. Closure may be extended in case of good weather. Opening of the pools is however at management’s discretion and subject to weather conditions.
14. Is it compulsory to wear a swimming cap in the pool?
Wearing a swimming cap is compulsory in only one of the pools.
15. Are pets allowed inside the campsite?
Pets are not allowed at our campsite.
16. Are motorcycles allowed inside the campsite?
Motorcycles are not allowed inside the campsite.
They may be parked for free in the parking lot at the entrance near the reception.
17. Is it possible to leave the campsite outside reception hours?
Upon agreement with the reception the day before departure, it is possible to leave from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. If this is the case, the payment of the final cleaning (€ 30) is compulsory. The deposit will be returned by the night guards when the keys are returned.
